Purex Complete 3 in 1 20 ea Review

On the surface, this seems like a great product, and to an extent the sheets really do work as described. I can't help but feel though that my laundry isn't getting as clean with the sheets as it does with a traditional liquid detergent.

The bigger problem, and the reason for my 2-star rating, is spotting. All dryer sheets can spot but the Purex 3-in-1 product has a thick waxy strip of fabric softener at the top of the sheet and I feel this causes it to spot more. I've had some spotting on just about every other load of laundry I've done with the sheets, and on the most recent load a pair of my pants were covered with the softener material, in some places so thick you could still see its greenish tint. I followed the directions and spent 10 minutes rubbing every one of the dozens of spots with a bar of soap, then another half hour rewashing the pants, and the spots are still there. I guess the pants are ruined.

I don't call that a savings of time or money.
