This product is excellent for washing delicates and other things for which you would use a woolite type laundry product. Another review trashes it because it did not fully clean sweaty dirty work clothes worn by a man. Excuse me, it is _not_ intended as a heavy duty cleaner and I think it is unfair to give it a poor score on those grounds. I use it on lightly soiled loads and for handwashing delicates and woolens. It does those jobs excellently and without irritating my skin or my nose. I'll continue to buy it.
