I was a little skeptical. It seemed like a scam when there were no suds at all and it felt like I was doing laundry in just water, but after doing 4 large loads of laundry, including pee'd bedding that usually takes vinegar to get the smell out (i used nothing but the soapnuts), they came out smelling clean. I used the same 5 pieces of soapnuts for all 4 loads. I've also done 4 loads of dishes in the dishwasher using another 5 pieces of soapnuts and the dishes came out clean everytime.

They're not kidding when they say these bags are sturdy. I've used the bag at least 50 times and it's still holding up. It's easy to undo it when it's time to replace the soap nuts also. Much better than the other brand I used first. It was so thin the seam came apart in the first wash! I'm using the other two that came in the set of three for other things. (Jewelry in my suitcase, collectible coins etc.)

One of the previous reviews I felt was totally uncalled for since it appears that the person making the comment has never used this product.I am a consumer and recently heard about these soap nuts.I became very curious and found this sample pack.I received this promptly after ordering and immediatley started using them.I am so impressed!I am very much considering switching to these.From all the research I've done, I feel that I will save quite a bit of money.
