I've used Tide detergent ever since I first left home in 1977. Mostly because that was what mom always used. Last time I needed detergent the Tide was so expensive I decided to try something else and picked this one up. Em I ever glad that I did! It works just as good or better than Tide ever did. It even got my old work jeans cleaner than the Tide and got out a lot of stains that Tide couldn't.I also found that it works pretty good as a pre soak spray and better than Spray N Wash. I used an old spray bottle and mixed up some of the Purex and water in it. I used about enough Purex to do a couple of large loads to about a quart of water. Spraying this on my filthy jeans gets out even the deepest ground in dirt. I can say one thing for sure that's that I wont ever be buying any more Tide!
