I look for products that I am not allergic too, that don't cost a lot and this one fits both categories. You REALLY don't need to use more then an ounce of the product (I have a HE washer). And it does the job. It has gotten out some stains in my children's clothing that other main stream free and clear detergents have left in. Even though it is scented, it does not leave a scent in the clothing.
